CONSULTATION: We offer personalised consultations to asses the unique neds of each client, connecting them to appropriate recourses and support.

DAILY LIVING: We offer assistance with a range of daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and household chores, enabling individuals to maintain their independence and dignity.

SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT: Our staff facilitates social interaction and engagement by accompanying individuals to social events, community outings, and recreational activities, fostering connections and reducing feelings of solation.

PERSONALIZED SUPPORT: Our compassionate and trained staff provide personalized support tailored to the unique needs  and preferences of each individual. Whether its assistance with personal care tasks or participating in recreational activities, we are here to help.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY,CREATIVE AND LEISURE: We encourage and support individuals in engaging in physical activities that promote health and well-being, such as exercise routines, walking, swimming, or participating in adaptive sports.

From arts and crafts to music and gardening, we provide assistance and encourage all individuals to explore and pursue their creative interests and leisure activities.

SELF MANAGED or ASSIT MANAGED Participants

THE NDIS CODE OF CONDUCT REQUIRES PEOPLE WHO DELIVER NDIS SUPPORTS AND SERVICES TO: 

*act with respect for individuals rights to freedom of expression, self determination, and decision making in accordance with relevant laws and conversations.

*respect the privacy of people with disabilities.

*provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner with care and skill.

*act with integrity, honesty, and transparency.

*promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that might have an impact on the quality and safety of supports provided to people with disability.

*take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against, exploitation, neglect, and abuse of people with disabilities.

*take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.

*not charge or represent higher prices for the supply of goods for NDIS participants without a reasonable justification.
